Thats what ive been saying... liquid silicone = never "out of the woods" (in other words, your in danger of getting infection forever..) its truly the highest risk and worst complications filler out there.
I hope you regain your penis and be able to use it again, I made sure i asked a lot of questions while i was a Loria, and from the answers if the fillers ever gets infected while healing it would be brutal so the team always reminded me of the antibiotics and he made sure no sex without condoms until after 90 days to avoid any tear that might affect the healing silicon, once again I am sorry you had to go through this and its scary looking at this pictures, I have had 3 procedures and everything feels good, I have a 7.2 inch girth and I hope it stays that way, i wish i had stopped at 6.5 tho, like you said earlier 5.75 to a lil over 6 inches would have been perfect because I have had complains from some girls but some loves it! and also the shape isn't all that but I dont regret this decision, I am sorry you had to go through this and the way you said he ignored you wasn't a good thing, anyways I wish you all the best and i pray you get to able to use your dick again. Do i blame you for going to Doctor Loria? No i dont! we all had our reasons for going there.Thank you, I appreciate what you said. That is honestly a question I will never be able to answer because not enough time passed between the first procedure and the second procedure for me to know. I may have perpetually been fine after just the first procedure, or I may have developed an infection later? No clue. I just know that with the second procedure is when all hell broke loose. I did not heal the same way, I healed the first time. The results were worse than the first time. So for all I know the infection may have been a result of the second procedure. But then again, maybe not. I will say this: of the 11 doctors who worked on me at UCLA, all of them unanimously agreed that this was not any procedure they have ever heard of, it was not FDA approved, and none of them were in support of what I did because any foreign matter, especially an injectable chemical filler, is something your body can rebel against.

That’s the bitch of the whole thing— I did take the antibiotics…religiously I took them. The infection was months later and definitely after the 90-day period. I was told by UCLA anyone who has had this done is at risk for life and that’s every one of us on this thread who went through with it. And I mean I’m not casually sitting here bemoaning dissatisfaction with the procedure, I want to be clear my life nearly ended over it, my penis was potentially going to be amputated if I made it through the infection. And since I did make it, will I be able to have sex again? Am I permanently maimed? No one even knows because again, this is not FDA approved, no actual medical professional who saw me heard of the procedure. And incidentally, four docs of the 11 who saw me couldn’t even determine what kind of a practitioner Dr. Loria is and the only reason they even asked or researched him was to find out which of my four medical teams needed to have the phone consult with him. Because he’s not a dermatologist. He’s not a plastic surgeon. He’s not a urologist. And he has no board certifications or affiliations. “Looks a a D.O. nutritionist and naturopath termed self -proclaimed cosmetic surgeon” according to one member of my urology team.I hope

Thanks for sharing your story, and I'm sorry about what happened. To me, this is the nail in the coffin of this procedure. Injecting silicone is just a recipe for disaster...a ticking time bomb that will go off if not this year, then next year, or in 5 or 10. If anyone really wants extra girth, go with temporary fillers like hyaluronic acid, which still last over a year. I know it's expensive, but if it's so damn important, just go and get a better job to be able to afford it. Or better yet, use the extra money on a therapist so that the feeling of inadequacy goes away. That’s the bitch of the whole thing— I did take the antibiotics…religiously I took them. To say this is life altering is an understatement.
Anyone who gets this procedure is going to be at risk for life, and if you get it done by this guy, it’s tantamount to getting your car repaired by a hairstylist. because again, he’s not a plastic surgeon, he’s not a urologist, he’s not a dermatologist, so what is he? A doctor of what? That qualifies him to do this in what way? At the end of the day, yes, he’s a physician, but has no verifiable board certified training for this procedure he’s providing. And if he does, I’d like to see it.
So sorry to hear about your troubles. Surgery is a risk, my wife and i read tons of horror stories about breast implants online, still got them, i still got my loria enhancement even though pmma and elist all have horrible stories as well. Thank goodness everything worked out. That’s the bitch of the whole thing— I did take the antibiotics…religiously I took them. The infection was months later and definitely after the 90-day period. I dont believe Loria is to blame, things happen any time you go in for surgery or something like this. Loria on his weekly calls said something like 1-3 out of a thousand people have issues. I think your the first person i have seen with real issues that wasnt a shrill.
Wish you all the best.
Ticking time bomb indeed. That’s what I keep saying that I don’t think everyone here is understanding. Anyone who has had this done, through not fault of their own, could wake up to this life-threatening infection tomorrow or in 20, 30, or more years all by doing nothing out of the ordinary. Yea sure. You’ve had it a year? Maybe five years now? No problems? Great…but no one is out of the woods. The infection can strike any time. If you had this procedure and you’re reading this? Yes…you should be concerned and vigilant. Even scared. And that’s UCLA talking, not me.Thanks for sharing your story, and I'm sorry about what happened. I can show you the bill, the documentation, and if you’d like to do FaceTime, Zoom, or whatever I’d be glad to meet with you and show you everything. The doctors were familiar with silicone enhancement. They were not familiar with the PLATINUM procedure. And I can also show you the unanswered text messages to Loria. Just let me know if you like to make this happen. Actually, i change my mind and call shrill. For one, the pricing you mentioned is way off For the time line. No way you get a team of doctors anywhere unless your famous, especially at ucla, there are several pmma doctors offering permanent results and i would highly question a doctor not knowing about girth enhancements. You got shit doctors if so. And if you did research you would know there are lots of doctors doing the same procedure. I call pmma fan boys jumping on this thread spreading a bunch of lies.
Loria had great followup with me, your story just doesnt jive, he is a genuine nice guy and a self proclaimed Christian who never avoided my calls. Guaranteed, your a shrill with some shrill buddies chiming in. Sad
Can also show you what is now hanging between my legs right on camera too if you have any doubts. I don’t even know what PMMA is btw. Just know I nearly died two weeks ago and would never come on here to say that in order to push some product or whatever it is you’re talking about. I’m only here to let people know this is a possibility of what could happen because I don’t think enough people know or have heard directly from a person who had this happen.I can show you the bill, the documentation, and if you’d like to do FaceTime, Zoom, or whatever I’d be glad to meet with you and show you everything. One thing that you have to dig to find about Elist as well is that while he says his is FDA approved, there's not clarification.Thank you for the sentiment. This was a horrific experience and it will be perpetually ongoing as I don’t know when or even if I’ll be able to have sex again, or if I can urinate again without always spraying sideways, and as I said before, I was told next month, next year, maybe in 15-30 or more years I may have to have that brutal removal surgery. It’s an ongoing, living hell. I’m not sure if I have the right to sue or if I did sue would it be worth my time or energy? I have to think it over. Suing someone should not be a decision made in haste.
Now let me explain a bit about why I chose Loria. I live in LA where anything and everything is not only possible, but available. In fact, Dr. Ellist is here in my area. Injections are a dime a dozen, especially around here, but where Loria differed from the others is in filler longevity. He is the only person I saw offering permanent results. Everyone I researched here in LA and around the US was offering short-term and in some cases long-term temporary filler procedures. Alternatively, Dr. Ellist offers Penuma, which is legitimately FDA approved unlike Loria’s procedure, but the implant procedure looked and sounded brutal. I had a consultation with him and I just didn’t like the sound of how painful it would be, how long the recovery would take, etc. His procedure is also about the same price as the Loria PLATINUM procedure— roughly $15k to $17k. I wanted the most non-invasive procedure possible as well as the fastest healing time; I also wanted permanent results, so that’s how I settled on fillers and Dr. Loria.
Another “pro-Loria” for me was all the positive endorsements he received everywhere I looked and obviously right here on this very thread by several others (whom I’m certain are seeing this message). So with that, it seemed great. And the first procedure I had “mostly” gave me what I wanted—the shape was off, but not bad. It’s the second procedure that nearly killed me. It looked like shit, made my penis look totally fake, and not only that (and this is the real bitch of it) but I’ve learned most people do not want a penis with a girth of 6.75 inches inside them. I never in my wildest dreams thought I’d go from being self-conscious over being average to be self-conscious because I’m now “way too big” as I’ve been told by many partners in the last few months. Honestly? The sweet spot was right around 5.5 to 5.75 girth. Beyond that? It takes a very brave person. Just my experience. I was about 4.25, so I gained a lot of girth after round one, but round two was outrageous in the worst possible and most ironic way.
Regardless of all, what happened to me may never happen to anyone else? But I guarantee you I am not going to be the only person who ever goes through this with Dr. Loria, who, by the way, has been MIA and does not want respond to any of my medical concerns. Zero communication after my doctors at UCLA spoke with him and I reached out several times. And I’m sure many people before me have probably also gone through this, and it’s just not out there visible for people to know about.
This is a very risky procedure despite Loria’s assurance it safe, so proceed with caution.
Thank you very much for that. I’m glad I’m not the only one who has had the issue with direction regarding peeing. I’ll try stretching to see if that helps. I’m also somewhat relieved to know I’m not the only one who finds more than 6, maybe even more than 5.75, is just too much. The girth over 6 was all this hype and even Loria told me, while on the table, “oh yes 6.5 is optimal; I did my brother’s procedure and gave him 8 inches” so when I finally got it, I never imagined I’d get told “no thanks; can’t do it” SO SO often. And no, again, and I stress to all guys here, more than 6 in girth, I don’t care who you are, doesn’t look real. If you don’t care about being figured out or busted lol, so be it, but my goal was for my new sex partners going forward not to know what I did. At 5.5 or 5.75 they didn’t. But at 6.75? It’s the first or second question I get asked, i.e. “why does it look like that? How could it possibly be naturally so big? Do you pump? Did you have an implant?” Maybe it’s me, but I don’t find those questions, sexy. The questions and insinuations, even though valid and true, were making me self-conscious and I’d lose my libido on the spot, that is, when I was having sex (as now I can’t).Sorry to hear what happened to you. Hopefully you regain the function of your peins. As for peeing sideways I had that too after my second procedure. After my third procedure 30days later I started doing stretching and it seemed to help with the sideways peeing. Now I only seem to do it when I'm wrapped. As for size I would go back to 6.5 girth in a heartbeat if I could. Anything over that is just to much. I'm around day 70 and my girth is growing again and it's a problem for sex. The other day I woke up with almost 8" girth and the wife was not happy with sex that day. Thank god things have settled down to 7 1/4 the day after. Also as stated before, it just dont look natural over 6.5 girth. Maybe even smaller girth then that if the penis is shorter in length.
I appreciate so much your willingness to help. I’ll reach out privately. Regarding removal. It’s not for aesthetics, although that would be reason enough given that even before the infection, my shape and irregularities post 90 days did not look normal. But the removal was more about circumventing new infections for the remainder of my life. It was UCLA’s suggestion and when they told me about debridement it just sounded terrible— the part that scares me is that debridement may not be off the table and I have possibly no choice about the matter. It’s all pending new infections. With reference to the clown on here who was earlier suggesting I came on here telling a bullshit story, I actually really did have 11 doctors across four medical teams trying to figure out my situation for three weeks—Infectious disease specialists, urologists, hospitalists making rounds, and the dermatology team. Each one of them said once you have your first cellulitis diagnosis, you are now 50% more prone to them and debridement would help reduce that risk. One thing that you have to dig to find about Elist as well is that while he says his is FDA approved, there's not clarification.
Just the device is. There is nothing about the procedure. PMMA, Bellafill, is FDA approved but penis fills in large volumes is not, it's off label. People have been botched with that too.
There's so many shady and shifty things around all of this.
Also, and I'm not trying to pile on this insensitivity, it may be a combination of the size and the appearance that makes some partners avoid. Working with injected silicone is difficult but some have experience. If you want to pm me I can give you a few names and really sources just to get opinions on it or maybe some options to help the aesthetics.
At your point I'd almost rather correct it a bit than go down the removal process if you've had no other issues beyond placement.
Perfectly said. That’s a great description of what mine looked like after the second procedure. The results take away the natural aesthetic of the penis, ridges, wrinkles and creases that make it appetizing. These results look like a dick that was put in the microwave.
I’m curious, what happened from yours? And no I’m not close to recovered. Months of antibiotics. MRIs that cost many thousands of dollars I have lined up like dominoes to monitor infection and tissue damage. Appointments with urology, infectious disease, and a dermatology consult. No word on when or if I can have sex again.Wow,sorry to see & hear ur story,my 2nd procedure was my problem child. But no where near what happened to you, hopefully ur recovered fully from this!

That’s what I have, as you can see from the pics I posted earlier in the thread, that turned into an abscess that wasn’t able to be treated by antibiotics; needle-drain procedure only. But it only removed the infectious fluid, not the excess filler, obviously. For you, that may be an area to keep an eye on. I had those lumps from day one of the second procedure, but it didn’t become infected until after 90 days was up and I was off of his antibiotics.I had some serious lumps & I felt like my penis was awful Squishy
