I think pmma or loria is the right call. Tough questions, you should ask both doctors the same and go with what response you like best. From what i read lorias should be softer, both docs have worked on the others patients, ask them.

What’s your base/mid/distal girth right now? Also how often are you having sex?
I am interested in getting the LEEP and maybe one round of penile gland & shaft enlargement. Those who are considering or had any interest in the LEEP procedure; what questions would y’all ask?

You may reach you length goal but I think it'll take 2 rounds if you want to get to 6.5" girth. I thought I was going to gain 1.5" erect girth with two rounds but was only able to gain .5" both times. My goal is to be 6x6 erect so I'm hoping for one more round plus LEEP.
LEEP - Im wondering about the location of the scar and how "small" the scar will be for lig cut. So far they Loria haven't shown any result and it's been about 6 months since they introduced it. You can always hop on there Thursday calls that they have on weekly basis. I haven't had time to get on the call for LEEP. I did before I had my procedure done. It was about 2 hours long... Not sure, I stopped measuring after the first six months. I’d guess the base is 7 5/8, or more. I am nicely tapered, so 7 1/2 at mid and 6 1/2 or a bit more after he glans. It’s a beast in her vagina, and she’s nuts uncontrollably. We’re on a every 2-3 day sex schedule, this gives her time to properly recover from any abrasions or small tears. One medical assistant, Carlos, poked himself with the needle he was using on me and possibly bonded our bloods together. I had to go get checked at the doctor's office to make sure I didn't catch anything. Dr. Loria ignored that it ever happened. After leaving, I get text messages and a voicemail from Carlos, panicking, because of what he did.
I have scars around my scrotum because Dr. Loria decided that I should wear a cock ring around my scrotum and penis. No clue why. The medical assistant was clueless on why. He told me it was the first time he's used the cock ring. Now I felt experimented on.

It's been a min since I was on here. Busy with life and work. 2nd procedure didn't come out as planned ended up getting an infection around week two or three ish on my glans and had some bad retracting with my shaft. Shaft ended up being really uneven and squishy.
2nd procedure #'s were 7 1/2" eg for 4 months then 7 1/4"eg also I had lost - 1/2" of el and lost -1 1/2"fl . It was all bunched up from retracting, it looked so bad to me. Also had two hard lumps on the shaft. I wasn't happy with the out come of my 2nd procedure results and wanted my first procedure look back.
Talked with dr loria about it and he took care of me. I'm on day 40 touch up, procedure #3.
Dr. Loria give me a touch up the end of August. My dick and I are doing and looking much better now. Healing is going good and I'm hoping it stays that way.
So far at day 40 #3 procedure I'm at 7" girth erect and my original erection length is back with some extra length also, its a +1/4" longer too. So now my stats are 7"eg x7 7/8"el. Dam so close to the 8" club, maybe if I lost 10lbs...?
