So, the urologist's office called back and wants to do a biopsy for safety reasons, which I expected. I go soon for this procedure where they give me mild anesthesia, go in a get a tissue sample. The doctor himself told me with my PSA reading it is very unlikely I have prostate cancer, but it is always best these things be checked.

I have always heard it was very important when men get older that they keep a check on their prostate. I've also heard if a man has prostate cancer and it is caught early it is very curable.
