I wish apartment buildings realized just what a waste it is to give free space to influencers, he is also not doing a good job promoting the building. I remember another influencer moved to some LA luxury building and was literally posting DAILY about the amenities and how amazing it was. I've just seen Nick doing laundry (in-unit W/Ds are rare in NYC). Pretty sure Levi Conely is also living for free at his apt in Miami.
I heard the building isn’t even that nice. There are a lot of negative reviews about it .

Nobody says "generic" in regard to any other race, so no, not dealing with it. You did that in any forum dedicated to a model of another racial group and you will have people jumping down your throat and probably a warning from mods.
Then you went right into how there are so many out there that are comparable to him. While I do agree with your point that the overall supply of attractive, instamusclesluts out there is vastly greater than demand and it is driving down the compensation, I disagree that Nick is generic and a dime a dozen.
Not in the face, nor the body. True, lots of men that could rival the body to a degree, but not the face. Those that do rival the body, they are exceptional too. Just injecting roids and hitting the gym does not guarantee an attractive, proportionate outcome. Nor that their skin will retain the attractive glow his has. Many begin to dry up, the skin looks thin, just not healthy. Then we get the roid gut.
The haggard comment...I am just not seeing where that is coming from. He looks pretty much the same as he always has. Sometimes his hair is more on point than others, but that is all.

For me, that is part of the appeal. Rightly or wrongly, my experience has makes me believe bigger asses and calves, broader shoulders (in proportion to the overall body) seem to be more noticeable on a compact, smaller body. I particularly like those things so I like the shorter fellas. Or at the very least, my interest is piqued when I learn they are shorter. ::Shrugs::
