I went to get my semi-annual check-up a couple days ago and to deal with a bit of numbness at the tip of my penis. The place I go has an LGBT component, so all of the doctors are gay, which really helps the openness I can have with them. He took ahold of me, felt around, opened the slit to look, palpated all around my groin, and rolled my balls around in his hand. This started to excite me a bit and, my penis was a bit larger than when we started. Then, he invited the assistant to do the same thing, so that he might go through the procedure. I had to really concentrate so that I didn't get fully hard right there on the spot. The dr thought that it was an irritation, since the blood STI tests were negative, and told me to continue to monitor the situation. Then, it was time for my swabs. As they were preparing the swabs, I was standing naked from the waist down with my shirt up around my nipples; it was a bit of a turn-on, especially since I had never seen the assistant before and, standing exposed was exciting. The dr said that the asst. was going to do the swabs, which made me happy. So, I knelt on the exam chair and thrust out my ass, exposing my hole. He spread my cheeks, inspected the anal region , and then inserted the swab. After the swabbing, I was told I could pull up my pants, which I did, and prepared for the oral swab. All my tests came out negative, fortunately. However, leaving the office, I realized that I was sporting a nice hardon - the result of the nudity, a new person examining me, and the manipulation of my penis. I go back in a few months for a complete physical exam. What will be in store?
