I did an AI upscale/enhance of the underwear bulge scene from Half Nelson. Every other pic/gif of this shot on the internet has been in very poor quality. Looks very similar to the bulge in The Place Beyond the Pines, and not seeing the outline of his glans from both scenes pretty much confirms he is an uncircumcised Canadian. Really hot stuff. Enjoy!
