yeah you're right I haven't seen any troughs in new buildings, but they're still really common in older football clubs &sports facilities, and older train stations, lots more in UK and europe too, maybe just cuz they don't update as often as we do in the states.

I think the only reason they're not building new troughs must be driven by privacy concerns. because it has to be a lot cheaper to do a trough that 6 guys could use, with just one water pipe and one drain, than to have 6 individual water supplies and drains and flush valves, for 6 individual urinals. seems wasteful, would be better to raise boys that aren't so pee shy.....peeing can be fun, and a shared common experience!

Lol I am far too shy to use urinals without partitions, being a little on the small side, but I do think open urinals are hot.... nothing like seeing it all hang out among several guys standing there!

C'mon, guys---if you really HAVE to look, be descreet about it and respect the guy's privacy--if he is showing off, it will be pretty obvious, because he will he standing back and letting everybody who wants to have a look. I've peeked, sure--I suspect most guys regardless of sexuality have at one or more times in their lives, but the MAJORITY of men are STILL straight--and more than likely don;t want you perving on them while they are trying to pee. At the very least, learn to hide your notice and interest, and let them at least have the illusion of some privacy and respect!!

I'm on the shy side for the most part, but I'm a firm believer in urinal etiquette, you know, using at least two urinals away, not starting conversations with another dude. But I've had others try to sneak a peek every once in a while and I don't mind so much...I definitely understand!
