Don't have any pics but a few anecdotes...

College: we had a few toilets with those circular urinals in the middle of the room. Really open so everyone could see you piss - no hiding if you were shy.

Local park: it's just a trough in the middle of the hut with a low divider so if it's busy you're standing opposite a bloke while you piss. Ramshackle and again, no hiding.

Music festival: open troughs with a low wall - people could see down into the area from a VIP section. Lol!
