You know, some people mix sex and drugs. It's not my thing but if there's video of someone 'literally giving someone else drugs' and then fucking them that's not actually uncommon at all and quite a leap to 'RAPE!'.

It's weird to mix sex and drugs to begin with. The level of inebriation can cross over into R*** though thats uncontested. Any drug/inebriated scenario is not hot and too many blurred lines. But gays dont care so oh well.

I'm always wary of screaming RAPE! but if it came down to it; if the person cannot revoke consent due to incapacity then it would be non consent however as others have said there is consent-nonconsent that needs to be discussed, agreed, adhered to regarding rules between both parties and level of incapacity must be managed.

Unfortunately it's not as cut and dry as rape/not rape when CNC exists and a video can be edited.. CNC is not for me, and I'd hope that anyone engaging in it would stick to the spirit of it but tldr nothing on the internet can be taken at face value.

At one point or another the guy in the video surfaced on X, then Twitter @/jakeros1. He claimed to be straight and that people read too deep into the video to get a conclusion of sending "mixed signals".
He even opened an OF account but I never did sub as it was $15 and he had less than 10 posts. He's from Australia.
It seems that now he either deactivated or changed both accounts.
