We're only ~100 posts from 6,000.Your dick is no more than 8 - 8.5 inches if it was correctly measured. They are bogus measurements because the ruler is nowhere near your penis, it must be on the penis not away from it. You can make a 7 incher look over 9 like that.
If you want to measure properly and prove to the world you have 10 inches, you have to start the ruler at the 0 mark, place the ruler on of top of the penis and be standing up, not from the side away from your dick like your measurements show. You basically cheated like every other guy does. The ruler started at 1" in your picture from the side and was not touching your dick. The ruler must be on top and start from 0", a good non bone pressed measurement, no hard pressing. Do not wear clothes or sit down. Keep it simple. We want to see all visible penis length. Not rocket science.
If you have an honest 10" and you measure on top correctly (no side measurements or other tricks) you would win the 10,000$ but nobody ever does because nobody has an honest 10 incher.

Not really. But the decision to accept or reject a photo is ultimately @TinyPrincess 's. any of us can offer input if fakery is suspected. Given the sideshow freaks who've been trolling here, everyone is suspect at this point. I don't recall a legitimate entry in 5,900 posts and 20 months.
Well depending on the content of the photo, it could be proof of an attempt to skew a measurement or manipulate an image.
One of the original rules which can be seen in the first few pages of the thread is that TinyPrincess would verify in person, assuming the picture showed a valid measurement of 10" or more and there wasn't a reason to suspect there was any manipulation. Though, I believe there is also a caveat that in person verification may not be necessary, at her discretion.
