What's for dinner?

I know there is a thread about this somewhere on here, but I have decided to raise two fingers to the pointless search engine who couldn't find it on this site and start my own thread.
So there.

I wanted pasta and I had made a Bechamel Sauce.
So I mixed into the sauce a few slices of smoked salmon and some steamed broccoli
, baby peas and some garlic and powdered chicken stock.

It turned out wonderfully well.

I had it with a ice cold Unwooded Chardonnay.

I'll be making this one again.

Tonight's menu
1. Salad w/ garlic vinegarette
Dressing - 1/4 cup of chopped garlic, 1 squeezed fresh lemon, 5 hard shakes of worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of Balsalmic vinegar, 1/4 cup of evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
Salad - Romaine and mixed greens, cucumber slices, carrot ribbons, and vine ripened tomatoes
Toss salad with dressing. Add black pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded Pecorino Romano cheese. Toss and serve.
2. Garlic Lima Beans - Empty 1 bag of frozen Lima Beans into a sauce pan. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Lower. Cook on low for 8 -10 minutes. Drain. Place in serving bowl. Add 1 tablespoon chooped garlic, 1 tablespoon of evoo, and 1 teaspoon salt. Makes 4 good size servings.
3. Pasta w/ home made tomato sauce - a side serving of whole wheat rotelle pasta w/ home made vegetarian Italian style tomato sauce. Garnish lavishly w/ Pecorino Romano cheese.

I'm just finishing the salad. Time for the next course!

Chuckburgers with a little garlic salt, freshly ground pepper, cooked in some soy sauce. Topped with smoked chedder (Hoffman's), romaine lettuce, tomato and mustard. Chocolate sugar-free skim milk, a banana, and afterward some dark chocolate-covered almonds.

Now for a late-night salad with feta cheese, almond slivers, and raspberry vinegerette.

i had mexican food tonight... a carnitas taco, a chicken tamale, and a horchata that wasn't all grainy.
Love Mexican Food. Can I plug 2 of my favorites?
