Fair enough... was intended as a pun on the name of this site but maybe that was too much of a dad joke 
And at the risk of overanalyzing, equal pay on average means some women need to be making a lot more than most men. Since it wouldn't make sense for those women to choose a man based on his income... there's more pressure on us to be above average in other ways.

It's raining here. Again. For the last month, it's rained more days than it hasn't and I'm over it. OVER IT!
Rain or snow, which is worse? I mean you don’t have to shovel rain, but freakin’ rain....it gets depressing. Wind and rain is the worst, too. My umbrella doesn’t work, I look liked a drowned rat, and I’m damp all the time.
Then again, there is a foot of snow on my car right now. So sick of winter, icy roads and -40C weather.

I'm thankful my car was still in the shop! I pick it up Monday. Would suck for the Guacomobile to have gotten dented. I just barely got it. I haven't even driven it that much, because it's had a number of issues I had to clear up first. The convertible top, the brakes, tires, a whole buncha stuff.
Thank goodness for small mercies! That would be just one more thing you don’t need!

Colorado Springs at 330 am last year had baseball size hail that put holes in roofs blew out all kinds of windows, totaling cars - police cars - ambulances - school busses. Dealerships lost their entire inventory.
Then again before any roofs could be fixed there was another hail storm this time soft ball size hail this time doing billions $$$ damage killing animals at the zoo. Doing damage that some still have to repair.
Hail sucks. My heart goes out to anyone that suffers the wrath of Mother Nature.
2 weeks ago on wolf creek pass where my sister lives they got 40” of snow. Skiing is excellent!!!
They were using the snow blower to clear off the roof of their home.

I’m sitting here reading about the weather everyone has experienced in their area. I honestly pray we all have a better summer.
With all the fires here from last summer, we have some huge burn scars. On two main mountain passes that already have had huge avalanches. There’s been a abundance of snow in the mountains, that’s going to cause flooding when the snow starts to melt. Which will bring mud slides, rock slides - flooding in the burn scar areas. The fire retardant stops the ground from absorbing moisture for 7 years.
Mother Nature is a lot like stupid she never sleeps! Be safe!

Was in a terrible mood after the other night, even thinking about making an offer to correct it - and then this...
Not going to bring her back right now - or I fear ever - but hopefully a chance for better alignment of terms and moderation.

I just saw the thread in Announcements about this. I was unaware of what happened. I can only hope “her” comes back, and comes back soon. “Her”
will be sorely missed until she is back where she belongs. I thought this was all worked out 10 years ago when the initial experiment in the possibility of reinstatement happened under Kotchanski. Perhaps with the new management, and some sincere input and cool heads, a change that is beneficial to all can be achieved. I look forward to the return of one that should still be here.
