Nope. The closest thing I had to 'the talk' was during an episode of shameless when a guy had a wet dream about his unattractive neighbour. My dad laughed and asked if that had ever happened to me. I just said "no", and that was that.
My dad had open talks about puberty and sex including maturation.

I've answered this previously but have given it some additional thought. My dad never, ever talked to me about sex. I learned by doing. As a young person, I learned about masturbation from touching myself. I didn't share my "discovery" with friends. When it came time to start dating, the first girl I ever felt-up actually took my hand and put it on her boobs. She apparently had some previous experience. My high school sweetheart and now my wife grew up sexually together. She learned about handjobs and blowjobs by doing me. I learned about getting her off by fingering her and performing cunnilingus. I don't believe I had any idea what role the clitoris played in sex before I started fingering and playing with my girlfriend. All of my learning and experimentation has been with her.
We have two sons of our own, both now grown men. They got the biological sex education at school and a little from me. My talks with them were about having safe sex, about not getting a woman pregnant outside of marriage, and about not hurting someone physically or emotionally.

He told me how my body will change, that masturbation is a normal thing to do, what happens during sex.

Anyway, my dad and I didn't really talk but rather overlook the idea. My family is used to knock before entering anyone's room and he would leave when he thinks I'm doing the deed. I guess he somewhat knows cus he was probably like me lol.
