They are probably one of the more advanced exercises. It promotes vascular growth and girth gains. I can't quote the science behind them, but you can research if you please. They helped to break me through my plateau, and continue to give me more vascular growth.

I am naturally 7.25x7 but I just ordered 200 ml of silicone. I'm considering doing about 50ml in the shaft and eventually 300 in the sack. However I'm a hyper responder (ginger) so I'll have to see how much I encapsulate.

I modified both the regular jelq and the V-jelq in order to make them more effective for me. Over the years I have gained over an inch of girth, much less then that in length. Yea, I'm too big for my wife to take anything other then the head of my junk into her mouth, but she uses her tongue along the bottom and I really get off from that. There's absolutely no need for me to get bigger, but I do. Being married and having sex only with my wife changes things I think compared to a single guy who has multiple partners.

what I have now is 7 long by 6.1 around at the widest point.

with this... I've primarily been pumping and grabbed an extender this year. though consistent use of the extender, I hope to reach my length goal and I actually don't need anymore girth currently, but if it happens it happens.

consistency is key, same with giving yourself adequate sleep. you seriously do not need more that 10~20 min every other to every 3ish days. It's a marathon, not a quick race. Pay attention to if you're feeling any pain or soreness, if you do, it's ok to not come back until a week has passed.
