Any kinds of niche is good, except a cashmaster. They are the worst type.
Example of niches.
1. Tradie construction worker

I think you’ve overlooked the obvious niche: Setting up my straight friends OF. His page could be exactly this ‘journey of discovery’ as he and you get slowly over time more confident and reactive to followers’ suggestions. A sort of interactive choose-your-own-ending process. Shy and tentative at first but then more and more adventurous. Can be with a fun, friendly feeling, no need to make it a serious porn sex /vibe. As for a name, Alex Easton is cool.

As I'm mostly agree with others, my suggestions would be: add just a tiny bit of personality in the contents. I don't mean like to drop any personal info or be overly friendly with the audience, but just like changing the camera angle / background or putting a variation in moans. Or like one or two casual hot pics, not always in the same flexing pose. If my words seems unclear, I suggest you to see workoutwithkev's accounts.

You can do a mask on the feed and do PPV posts with a pixelated face, with no mask (let's say for $20 each). You could also charge even more (like $100, for example) for PPV posts showing his face. Very expensive PPVs are unlikely to leak.
Hey @friskydawg , I totally understand what you're saying about the mask; it could either be off-putting or add an element of intrigue to his persona. I think this is the best idea in terms of a niche. Keep it true to life, and lean into the straight thing – the straight guy posing for his gay friend to create content for OF. I don't think he needs a corny fake name. I'd come up with a brand-style name like "Straight But Secret" and then add a fake first name that appeals to him. Just make sure that whatever name you use is unique and easily searchable. It should come up among the first page of search results if you search it, and be something you can use in the same social media handle across all platforms.

I have no idea if this has been stated because I just kind of scrolled and skimmed but definitely set up a Reddit account and join/post in all those “onlyfansmen, onlyfanspromotions, etc” subreddits. I helped get one of my female friends all setup and promoted properly. My experience when starting out is to number one offer like a 30 day free trial to the page, at first don’t be stingy with pics and short video clips, make sure there’s a cumshot video/pics too so the people know what they are going to pay for. no one wants to pay for a new model page that has like 3 pics and a ppv video. The beginning is about building a fan base and attracting potential customers. I found starting my friends do a reasonable price point initially as well, these people that start out with a $20+ subscription fee don’t usually take off unless they have a following from places like Reddit, Twitter, etc. we started out with 3.49 per month (stayed there for 2 months) then bumped it to 7.99 for two more months then bumped to 14.99, stayed there for 6 months and now she’s at 19.99 and making about 10k a month herself and she gives me 2k of the earnings for getting it going so I guess she’s actually bringing in 12k+ a month. Had to bring people in though with like redgif 30 second video clips and lots of pictures on Reddit. Also when it gets setup make sure to make a new thread on here and justusboys.
Ummmm let’s see, I’m sure you know this but make sure to regularly post, people will drop an account in the blink of an eye if they aren’t seeing stuff every few days to a week. Interact with people’s private messages or wall posts, they will have no idea that it’s not your buddy responding to them. Definitely have the mindset going in that this is essentially starting a small business and is going to require time and effort. Don’t get discouraged in the beginning with subscription numbers and cash flow coming in. If you do it right, commit to it and promote it right eventually it’s will be a well oiled machine. So many people think they can half ass post a few nudes with a few janky clips and the money will just roll in.
