There is no one final list with the best measurements. Almost every measurement is flawed at best and useless at worst, and different people will interprete every measurement differently. Misleading angles, ruler vs tape, how much side measurement can add etc - everything is topic of debates.

1. Ramon (of BangBros fame) got his girth measured with dollar bill in lost scene of BangBus from early 2000's (online scene is known as Babulino).
