I don't think it's him because they don't really look alike to me. But tattoos can be removed. Charles Dera had a chest tattoo during his career; now removed. Yes tattoos can be removed. And for the sake of argument let’s say Patrick O had his bicep tatt removed. Why would he then turn and have less attractive tacky tattoos added?
