My gains were 1.5 inches using the hydro 7. I plateaud and just couldn’t gain anymore. I switched it up and started manual stretches and bought a Restorex. After another 6 months I added another .5 inch. At approx 2 inches of length growth, I’d say I’ve probably reached my max potential. The Restorex really helped with flaccid length…I was never really a shower before. Going to give it another shot with bathmate and see if there is any left in me.

Didn't really think it would work for what I wanted.I thought I had to go to the x40 for increased girth and length. Girth I got out of the x40 just not length. Plus I'm not really sure how to measure length. I use the scale on the tube when pumping. I vary between 6.5 and 7 but measuring bone pressed with a ridged ruler always a 7 plus

Not really sure how to increase length only. Could be the routine. 5 min on & 5 off. I use it in the shower for 15 to 20 min straight. Married hear so a regular routine is difficult. Have had good results going in semi or fully erect to start. Again don't don't mind the girth 6.5 to 7. That's a nice fat heavy cock. I'd done PE for years but always mostly jelqing. I finally decided to get a bathmate and give that a go. I opted for the Hydroxtreme9 with the handball pump. The handball pump works a treat, but I learned the hard way about going easy, especially early on. It's so easy to overpump with the handball pump and I also would exceed the recommended 3 mins. After a few uses, when I thought I was getting used to it, I overdid it and ended up with a blood blister right on the end of the penis (glans). Despite my best efforts, that blister opened. Everytime I had a piss, I had to wash my penis to avoid getting it infected. Took 2-3 weeks to fully heal. It was a good few weeks after that before I tried again. About the 3rd or 4th time, whilst using it there was a sudden gush of red into the chamber (reminded me of a scene from Jaws!) That was another 2-3 weeks to fully heal and I haven't gone back to it yet.
I suspect that part of the problem is that I'm uncut. With an uncut penis, the glans are much more sensitive and the skin softer. Much more caution is warranted it you are uncut.
All that said, in the first few weeks of using it, I noticed a very positive benefit in erection strength (one of my main reasons for getting the bathmate). I could imagine girth gains for sure, but I would suggest to anyone starting out to start really easy and build very slowly - especially those uncut.
