It depends on what your size is. I was measured at 7.25/5.5 and I think I got sized for the Bathmate X40 which was my first purchase. The pump was super accommodating for girth and a bit of length. This year I was going through some threads and decided to size down to the Hydromax 7 and I noticed over this past 9 months that my length is a tad bit longer. My girth fills up a lot faster so I can get right into working on length. It's more of a trial and error kind of thing.

It has room for 8. Tried sizing down for length to bathmate 7 but my girth was too much and I would get stuck LOL. On a good day I'm 7x7 and would like a little more length. Love it when her eyes roll back the last 1 1/2 going balls deep and she lets out alittle sigh. Would like a nice mushroom head too. Right now I'm 6 in just behind the glans. Has anyone used a glans ring when fucking? I would be afraid it would come off.

It has room for up to an additional inch I believe so yes is the answer to your question. I own the X40 which is the equivalent to the Hydromax 9. Sometimes when I pump in the Hydromax 7 I will switch up to the X40 just to maximize on the girth but typically I just use the 7 to really focus on length gains at this point.

I ran out of room with the 7 so I bought another and cut both 7’s and connected them with a rubber sleeve. Now I can work on more length in the 7. Yes, expensive!

Within the first 6 months honestly. It happened so fast. I went from I think 7.25 to 7.5 and my girth climbed up to about 5.75 from 5.5. I plateaued with the bathmate, and got frustrated with it. I went in a different direction, and decided to try the Restorex for a while. It’s worked out well for me and helped me break through that plateau and get some additional growth. The Restorex is pricey, but was well worth it. @Lando Dameron , it looks like you’ve got this Hydro 7 really working in your favor. I’m going to change things up and start bathmate again I think. I’ve learned, at least for me, I have to keep changing it up to keep growing.

Solid questions brother, I have had very minimal issues with my use of the Bathmate over the past 4 years. I definitely have gotten carried away and had to deal with my fair share of the "donut effect" from using too much pressure to early in my beginning sessions. I learned to take my time and let my cock warm up into each pumping session. I may have over shot with my initial purchase of the Hydromax X40 because it may have been a bit too large for me.

The first 3 years of my pumping journey was solely dedicated to using the X40 but this year I decided to size down and actually use the pump dedicated a bit closer to my measurements. The Hydromax 7 has been an awesome addition to my arsenal. At fist it was very difficult to maintain a solid seal as my girth is closer to 6.5 inches at the base, but using coconut oil has helped with that. I will say make sure you use coconut oil to prevent excessive stretching of the skin and things of the sort.

This would be my starting point heading into 2021
