Angry about social/cultural issues n taking a step back to hang out on the balcony shortly, breath, n have a nice zen moment or two. A trifle amused at the egos of some folk. So. They pulled down statues of Lenin in the USSR...........and replaced by what? A KGB President, who hides political donations in offshore tax havens. Of which I am sure King Don, approves of 100%.

Finally went back to the gym yesterday and after working muscles that have not been challenged for almost 3 months, I am so fricking sore. I don't even want to move my arms and even pushed my wife's head off my chest when we woke up this morning due to the pain. Been popping Aleve every few hours. Yet at the same time the pain is a welcome sign that I'm hopefully back on the road to where I used to be.
