I don't think guys in general are more comfortable naked than before, but rather that men overall don't really care who sees us naked as we get older and more confident. I never thought it was "gay" to be naked around other guys but didn't have an opportunity until I was in college. My roommate my sophomore year I've posted about before was naked every day around me and wasn't the least bit embarrassed about it. Once he took the lead I followed and the rest is history.
I have posted how I am moving out of my current living situation with another guy at the end of January. We've gotten along very well but he's a private individual who I've not seen naked after a year of living together. I was walking naked back from the bathroom one morning shortly after I moved in and he saw me in the hallway. He didn't make a comment at that moment but told me later that day he would prefer if I kept clothes on outside of my bedroom and he would do the same. He wasn't a jerk about it and I just said sure, but honestly I am looking forward to being in my own house again so I can get naked when I feel like it.

I am most comfortable naked in a locker room go in do what I need to do and get out. No time waste with a towel. Also steam rooms and saunas are intended for nudity. I get really bad post workout shrinkage and I still walk around with it out. Don’t really care what other think just enjoy being a man, and am happy with my body
