Based on the reviews I'd guess you would need some muscular thighs to keep them on.Then there's the pouch size to consider. If you need as much room as many here do (me included), the pouch seems to be way undersized. Getting hard seems to be out of the question. I don't think the pouch has the shape to stay in place, much less contain the weight of a decent sized cock.

I have some that I ordered from Fireboy Underwear. They offer what they call a 3D pouch, so the pouch is anatomically shaped for your balls, then tapers for your cock..
