Last minute decision to put sliced almonds. I like almond and strawberry together, I also like almond and brown sugar together. I did math.

Um. I randomly decided to put a tablespoon of vanilla extract and a few dashes of cinnamon into the strawberry compote.

FUCK ME RUNNING IT SMELLS SO GOOD.

I regret no things.

I seem to have habitual cracking in my cheesecake adventures but they taste good as fook. The cracks are just aesthetically less appealing but I'm guessing this dude is super fluffy and it smells great.

This strawberry cinnamon compote is giving me life, too.

I'm so excited to friggin eat this thing! It definitely needs to cool and go in the fridge before I can do that, but it's still early. I'm definitely eating some after dinner. Now, what to make for dinner...
