I feel like the obvious approach would be to play into the straight family man side of things since the gays usually drool over anything such. Unless he is apprehensive for privacy reasons I think it'd drive subscribers crazy to see a married straight dad catering to them and slowly dabbling in the spectrum of homoeroticism, so I'd recommend if you do end up making worship/massage videos to slowly work up to it and maybe play up the idea that's he's initially uninterested and slowly works up to being more open to male eroticism.
First opening up more with different forms of self-gratification (as I do feel that straight men tend to be more conservative even in masturbation practices). Then you can expand into toys, practices that feel moreso queer like edging, or cum eating etc. Then, if you manage to convince him, you could introduce hole content, solo anal play etc. and eventually reach a level where he's seeming open to actual interaction and experimentation.
You also have to be careful to not fall into the trap of the alpha male person though. I feel like a more open, sexually liberated yet strictly heterosexual male persona is more inviting and can cater to the consumers' fantasies with him better.
As "filler" content I do think casual nudity can also boost this no-fucks-given type personality. So videos of him changing or showering at the gym locker rooms (maybe semi-hard and making sure that others catch a glimpse), naked workout videos or if he has time alone around the house (or maybe at your place) simple daily routine chores or activities done naked. Maybe sweeping the living room, cooking or watching TV, even with you present but clothed if you'd be up for that.
Gay men, who will most certainly be his main audience, would kill to have such a provocative and sex positive straight best friend that likes to show off for them, so having them live vicariously through you or creating that fantasy would be very profitable in my opinion.
P.S.: We'd love to see some more pictures of him and his big uncut German tool, you know, for research purposes.
